Jirsa Construction was founded in 2005 by Brett Jirsa, a lifetime Flagstaff Resident. Having grown up in the contracting business, his roots in construction date back to childhood and his professional experience is over 20 years. Jirsa Construction has built dozens of custom and spec homes in the Flagstaff area and worked with many homeowners to remodel and reimagine their homes.
Jirsa Construction has made a name for itself for being a leader in contemporary, unique and sustainable homes in Northern Arizona. Time and time again, Jirsa has received outstanding positive feedback and testimony from clients. Jill has been running the office operations for Jirsa Construction since 2016. She has a background in real estate, investments, and the non-profit sector before working with Jirsa. In her free time, Jill loves spending time with her family in the outdoors, gardening and art.
Jeremy Brougher, superintendent for us at Jirsa Construction, was born and raised in Flagstaff. He enjoys exploring the desert backcountry, and playing music with his friends.
His professional career began at a local cabinet shop just before highschool, where he would help out with sweeping and sanding. After highschool graduation, he became head of the custom furniture department, and could fill in anywhere needed. During the recession, changes had to be made, and he began work at a new custom cabinet shop where he quickly became shop forman and lead installer.
In 2017, he began to realize that after 20 years in the custom cabinetry field, he wanted to do more, take on bigger projects and use a broader collective of his accumulated skills and passion for building nice things. Jeremy has been with Jirsa construction since 2018 and has completed numerous projects for us, with a phenomenal aptitude for understanding the materials, sensitivity of schedule, management of subcontractors, and a genuine enjoyment for engaging with our clients.
Rayden is 20 years old and was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, and loves camping, hiking, and spending quality time with his family. Rayden has three older siblings, and comes from a family of hard work and perseverance. He grew up around the electrical and construction trades. Rayden enjoys working with his boss/brother at Jirsa Construction and wants nothing more than to be mentored and tought....by Brett, and his guys.
Nate is originally from Iowa and moved to Flagstaff about 10 years ago to get away from the winters. He started out framing houses when he was 16 years old. Over the years he's grown his skills to include just about everything you can do to a home including roofing, window and skylight installation, trim carpentry, drywall, cabinets and custom mantels and barn doors. Nate spends the weekends with his family; squeezing in little adventures when he can. This summer's adventures included camping at Clear Creek, and Rocky Point. Nate love making memories that will last a life time.
Kyle was born and raised in Flagstaff. He grew up helping his dad install metal roofs and do small scale carpentry jobs. In his free time, Kyle likes to play disc golf. In the summer he likes to kayak and in the winter he enjoys skiing.
